Welcome to Inner Clip LLC. By using our website, services, or any content provided by Inner Clip (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Inner Clip provides motorsports video production services, documentary coverage, highlight reels, photos, and related deliverables as detailed in your invoice or agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services or use this site.
3. Orders & Payment

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance of an invoice.

Balance: Remaining balance due upon delivery, net 15 days.

Late Fees: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Before Production: Cancel ≥7 days before scheduled shoot for a full refund of any paid balance.

After Production Begins: Deposit is non-refundable; additional hours billed at our hourly rate.
5. Deliverables & Revisions

You receive deliverables as outlined in your package.

One complimentary revision round; additional edits billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Intellectual Property

Inner Clip retains copyright to all raw footage and project files.

On full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use final deliverables for any purpose.
7. Usage & Attribution

You agree to credit Inner Clip (e.g., “Filmed by Inner Clip”) where practical.

We reserve the right to showcase any deliverable in our portfolio, websites, and social media.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the total amount you’ve paid for the applicable project.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
